Are you faced with a big decision and you’re not sure what to do? Have you been hurt by infidelity, or feel like you and your partner are growing apart? Do you find yourself losing your temper and saying things you regret? Is your behavior hurting the people you love? Are you frustrated by finding yourself repeating the same patterns of behavior, even when those behaviors are no longer serving you? Is anxiety, worry or panic blocking you from living a full life? Are you feeling overwhelmed, alone, lost or broken? Are worries constantly running through your head & you just can’t “turn it off”? Does it seem to take every bit of energy you have just to get out of bed in the morning? Do you feel like you are not “you” anymore?

Life is full of difficult transitions. Relationships end, children leave the nest, jobs are lost, important people in our lives pass away. It can leave you with just enough energy to put on a brave face and “fake it” through the day.
But what if I told you life could be different?
At times, we all need help sorting out life’s complexities. Often we can manage by ourselves. Sometimes, we seek out the support and guidance from family or trusted friends, and sometimes we need to seek help from a professional, someone who has spent years, maybe decades, studying and learning about the human condition and how to help people make real and lasting changes. If you are in that last category, we are ready to partner with you to help you live the life you want.
You can’t stop the waves. But you can learn to surf.
